Financial Adviser
Florence has over 10 years of experience in the industry. A registered financial planner and licensed mortgage broker, she focuses on assisting small and large businesses plan for long term growth and wealth generation. Florence is not your ‘average financial adviser.’ She is one of our most sought-after and trusted adviser, with her skills recognised by both clients and her industry peers. Her key focus is working with clients individually to understand their needs, educating and giving them control, security and the freedom to advance themselves. She believes that hard work and a disciplined strategy gets results for clients and she works with them on a plan that suits. However, her most notable gift is the ability to transform static spreadsheets into dynamic pictures that help clients understand and futureproof their plans.

Florence studied at University of Melbourne where she completed her Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting and Finance. She spent the next 5 years in tax accounting before venturing into financial planning at the same time completing her CPA. She also completed her Diploma of Financial Services, and Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management. Florence is a member of CPA Australia and a member of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australian (MFAA)
Away from the office Florence enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going on bushwalks, or just soaking up the sun at the local beach.
Wilbert Chhua
IT Manager
Wilbert is a Chartered Accountant and a qualified financial planner. He started his career in accounting with a Melbourne practice, working with clients on all things tax and financial planning. Wilbert holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Business Information System) from Monash University and his interest in technology led him to creating his own IT practice, Champion IT where he builds website for financial planners and other professionals. He focuses on creating solutions and processes that are efficient, whether this be working on internal systems or working with business owners. As well as running multiple businesses, Wilbert also advises clients on financial planning and specialises in superannuation and insurance advice.
When he is not busy with clients or managing his business, he spends most of his time reading, cycling, hiking and kayaking.
Fiona Fang
Client Service Manager
Fiona started in financial services in 2018 with an accounting and financial planning practice. She works with a variety of clients and also manages the administration works around the office. Fiona completed her Master of professional accountant at Monash University and is working towards her CPA.
Fiona is a pet lover and loves taking her dog for a hike, camping and enjoying the sunshine.
